At GREY, we value our loyal customers and want every purchase to bring you more benefits. Our loyalty program is based on your total accumulated spending: the more you shop with GREY, the higher your loyalty level becomes and the greater the discount you receive on future purchases.
How does it work?
To participate in the GREY Loyalty Program, you need to register an account before completing your purchase. Make sure you are logged in to your registered account when placing and paying for your order.
Once your payment has been successfully completed, the amount you spent will automatically be added to your total accumulated spending.
Your loyalty level is determined by the total value of all eligible purchases made through your registered account:

• SILVER — 3% discount
• Activated when your total accumulated spending reaches 1,000 GEL.
• GOLD — 5% discount
• Activated when your total accumulated spending reaches 2,000 GEL.
• BLACK — 10% discount
• Activated when your total accumulated spending reaches 3,000 GEL.

Your first purchase also counts
Your very first purchase can start building your loyalty status. Simply register before making the purchase, complete the order while logged in to your account, and successfully pay for it.
After successful payment, the purchase amount will be credited to your accumulated spending. Once your total spending reaches one of the required thresholds, the corresponding loyalty level will be activated.
For example, once your accumulated purchases reach 1,000 GEL, you receive Silver status and a 3% discount. When your total reaches 2,000 GEL, your status is upgraded to Gold with a 5% discount. At 3,000 GEL, you reach Black status and receive a 10% discount.
The more you shop with GREY, the more you receive in return.
